Paver Restoration

Restoration of Pavers

Do your pavers require a complete restoration?

The restoration process for pavers require deep cleaning of the pavers and in some cases this involves stripping the pavers.

When restoring the pavers we want to remove all the stains possible before sealing. This way you are left with great looking pavers.

Overgrown?! We can fix that. With proper sealing this will greatly limit the amount of growth between your pavers. Check out the before and after slider.

Paver Tinting

Tinting

Tinting the pavers is a process that changes the color of the pavers. This involves adding dyes to the sealer to get the desired color.

When the pavers aggregate is showing through the stone it can appear white. This is a discoloration of the pavers from the original color when they were installed. In most cases we recommend sealer without tint unless the pavers have extreme discoloration.

Mold and Mildew

What causes mold and mildew?:

  • Moisture Issues: Water pooling on the pavers and the collection of dirt in that spot.
  • Low Light: Areas in the shade or areas that rarely see sunlight are more prone to develop mold and mildew.

Mold and mildew can cause staining and is unsightly. In our deep cleaning process we will removed what is built up on the surface of the pavers. We will also remove all the stains associated with the mold and mildew.
