- Pretreat the pavers with our cleaning solutions.
- Surface Clean & Rinse away all the dirt and grime.
- Treat the pavers with an efflorescence treatment.
- Surface Clean & Rinse
- Sand all the joints of the Pavers.
- 1st Coat of Sealer on the Pavers.
- 2nd Coat of Sealer on the Pavers.
This is our 7-step process we may add steps as necessary but will never take any away.

After a polite and friendly call, Joe popped in and measured my pool deck before providing an estimate well below what I thought it would cost.
After scheduling the appointment, Joe showed up first thing in the morning. We did a quick walk around to verify we were on the same page; I appreciated that he allowed me to validate my expectations with his. He went to work and did an outstanding job of cleaning and sealing. Besides the great effort, I noticed the pool itself was clean as a whistle. He took care to make sure he didn't leave a mess. Joe definitely left my pool deck better than before.
Joe is a hard working polite person. He barely accepted a water bottle from me as he was too busy working. He has a great personality and sense of humor. I cannot share how happy our transaction has left me. I go out with my new puppy and just seeing the pool deck makes me smile. I'm so proud to have my grandkids run around on a good looking deck as grandma and grandpa gets a smile.

Crew arrived on-time the day of service and again reviewed the application process and any other questions I had. Update!!!!!! Some of the pavers weren’t sealed after I properly edging our driveway AFTER the sealing process and revealed some edges missed. Lesson learned , edge prior!!! The very small areas missed would be to most homeowners never even noticed but I am very detailed oriented. Many sealing companies would say up to the owner to ensure all exposed pavers exposed prior to sealing and if not…..you are out of luck. Customer Service 100% from Rising Tide! When I realized some edge pavers ( very small areas to most won’t noticed) I messaged Rising Tide and they immediately messaged back saying they can come the next day to seal missing areas. I said no rush at all do on when able. They came the very next day and sealed the pavers that had missing areas but not only that, resealed the entire edge! Being a somewhat OCD on the exterior of my home I cannot PRAISE Rising Tide Paver and Sealing enough not only on their product but their 💯 commitment to quality service to their customers! Customer for life! Thank you!
